Cancellation/no-show fees
If you do not arrive at the designated pickup location within 120 minutes of your flight arrival time, or if you arrange alternative transportation without providing at least 72 hours' notice of cancellation, you will be responsible for any cancellation/no show fees and any other associated transport costs as directed by Sheppos.
